3D Crystal Clear Lacquer is an easy and exciting way to enhance and build up your dolls eyes and lips and finger nails.

The special water-based lacquer is applied to a particular area, using the bottle and applicator tip, and allowed to dry for about 20 minutes.
A crystal-like raised coating results and it is then possible to add additional layers as required, until a truly three dimensional finish is achieved. You can even give your dolls fingernails using this fabulous stuff.

TIP:- try making fingernails for your dolls. this needs to be built up in layers but the technique is the same for each. Place a small drop on each finger near the tip. let dry for 5 mins or until it has formed a thick skin but is not solid and then gently press it flat with your fingers. Push it toward the tip as you go. Place another drop onto the first one and spred with a tooth pick into a fine film. build up the layers until you get as natural a look as you are able... you should only need 3 or 4 layers... leave the last layer so it dries with a sheen and paint as needed or leave clear.
